Optus SubHub

Optus SubHub is a progressive web app where you can subscribe to and manage your digital subscriptions. We launched the product in August of 2021 after working for almost 2 years on the product. Given that SubHub is one of the first digital products of it’s kind, it was not an easy road. We relied heavily on user testing and component driven design to deliver the designs for the product. We also included a program of UX engineering that was lead by the designers actively working in the code. Much of the front end was produced by the designers.
